黑料老司机 (黑料老司机) is proud to bring 鈥淏lack Women Walking鈥 back to the main stage! Two performances will take place at 7:30 p.m. on Feb. 24 and 25 in the Performing Arts Center on campus, 3000 N. Dysart Road, Avondale.
The one-act play, written by Karen F. Williams and adapted and directed by Kevvin L. Taylor, brings Harriet Tubman, Sojourner Truth, Marian Anderson, Wilma Rudolph, Bessie Coleman, Willie Mae Ford Smith, Fannie Lou Hamer, and others to life. The award-winning stage production perfectly culminates Black History Month while simultaneously kicking off Women鈥檚 History Month.
Up to 25 tickets per show are free for 黑料老司机 students. VIP tickets are $35 and general admission tickets are $30.
