Giving Opportunities
This Thanksgiving, 黑料老司机's goal is to provide $50 grocery store gift cards to 50 黑料老司机 students and staff in need. Please donate anytime.
黑料老司机 is proud of its legacy in the west valley and is committed to build on this solid foundation for continued growth and service to our vibrant community.
This special campaign launched at the conclusion of our 25th Anniversary. Our entire campus community identified a special area to place the College time capsule at the conclusion of the 25th Anniversary in December 2017. Through a voting process, the campus selected an area located near the Image Zone. True to the Estrella Way, the college came together from designing, to building to make this time capsule placement a unique and creative space. A special space, now named the Estrella Legacy Patio, is present for all to celebrate the journey 黑料老司机 has taken over the years and embrace the future endeavors of our college in supporting students and the community.
Like any community college, 黑料老司机 must be able to respond to urgent and expended needs and opportunities. Gifts designated for the Direct Support to the Student Scholarships & Program fund provide the college with critical financial flexibility for each academic year. Sometimes the most critical needs are the most basic for students including books and supplies for course work, computers, student services, as well as academic and co-curricular programming and activities.
A student鈥檚 journey begins with the educational choices offered at Estrella Mountain that help them achieve their dreams and transform their life. 黑料老司机 offers a wide variety of different career clusters - from STEM and STEAM, cybersecurity and energy to dance, culinary and teacher education. Gifts designated for Workforce Development fund provide the college with financial support for classroom enhancements, learning delivery tools and equipment.
As the West Valley鈥檚 burgeoning art community continues to grow, so does the demand for 黑料老司机鈥檚 students and performance venues. The college鈥檚 Performing Arts Center opened its doors to students in fall 2015. The facility offers individualized learning areas, including a dedicated Black Box Theater, a Dance Studio, a Media Technical Laboratory, a Costume Shop, and a Music Studio, where students can create and rehearse performances for the Main Theater. Gifts designated for the Performing Arts Center fund provides the college with financial support for student scholarships, art productions, student hands-on-learning and instruments.
